ADRIANNA PAPELL PRINTED PANT

I’m so excited to share with you my new blog layout! My boyfriend Doug and I have been working on it for a while now behind the scenes and wanted to make sure everything was perfect before we set it live. My goal for the new site was for it to be aesthetically pleasing, easy to navigate, and match Daily Dose of Darling’s theme. Other than the general layout change, I updated my shop pages according to category and highlight comments to involve my readers more and showcase their blog links on the side of my homepage. I hope you all like it and if you have any suggestions, please let me know!

One of my favorite things about the new town I live in is that the weather is absolutely perfect all the time (so far). I know I can’t really compare it to anything too different being that Orange County isn’t that much farther away, but theres something about the smell and sounds of the beach that make a person that much happier. Thats why jeans are never really necessary and I opt for these fun, lightweight printed pants by Adrianna Papell for a lunch date with Doug. I love to switch up my look a bit and try something completely out of my comfort zone. You’ll usually see me in dresses or skirts, but one of my goals for 2015 is to shy away from what I am normally drawn to in fashion and diversify my style and the pieces in my wardrobe. Pulling off printed pants can be tricky. Thats why I like to stick to darker patterns and neutral prints so as not to draw unwanted attention to my bottom half. These navy straight leg pants aren’t too distracting and fit perfectly with a loose, cotton tee. P.S. Adrianna Papell also makes some glam dresses  (like this embellished sheath dress) and also formal dresses(see here and here).
