The weather has been cooling down in LA (finally!) and that means all of my coats, boots, and scarves have been pulled out of the back of my closet to hang front and center. I often go through the struggle of not having enough cold weather clothes living in Southern California (if that’s even considered a struggle;) and every morning during the winter I’m left standing in front of my closet staring aimlessly at my wardrobe. I’m sure most girls do this from time to time! That’s why I love pieces you can transition easily from season to season like these skinny jeans from Express and patent H&M flats that go with anything. Paired with a cold weather staple like this Raga winter cape, it’s the perfect pair to warm you up on an especially chilly winter day! Is it just me, or do capes provide the solution to every outfit dilemma? They make an ordinary outfit look so chic and effortless like this plain black one I wore in the pictures above. Shop a few of my other favorites capes below!

What a lovely outfit! lYou look beautiful and this cape looks so cozy. It must be nice that the weather is cool enough now in LA to wear wintry clothing but not too cold that you have to forfeit fashion just to stay warm. When is winter usually in LA?

You look absolutely gorgeous, girlie! I adore everything about this pairing, especially that poncho and those flats that look so luxe! I’ve never been to Cali before, but I’ve been hearing that it’s been colder than it has been for a while, so I’m sure you’re having fun styling! Thanks so much for the inspiration and I hope you have an amazing day ahead 🙂
