I’ve been blogging for four years now and have loved every second of it! This little corner of the Internet first started out as a fashion and beauty blog, but over the years has evolved into so much more, as my interests and lifestyle have expanded. After graduating college, I have since gotten married, started a YouTube channel, moved from LA to Charleston, SC with my husband our new baby girl to start a new adventure, and we’re now expecting our second baby due this November! Once my life transitioned from college student to newlywed and mother, I felt a void in my blogging world that I was eager to fill. My life became more than what I was wearing and my new favorite lipstick.

I was facing the real world in a whole new way and with that instilled in me the desire to connect even deeper with my readers about the challenges and life-defining moments that being a young adult can bring. I decided to start a YouTube channel that opened up discussion on a variety of topics such as wedding planning, relationships, blogging, and now motherhood in addition to fashion and beauty. I couldn’t be happier with the amount of support and interest shown by my audience since starting YouTube. I realized that being transparent and discussing so many different aspects of my life has helped me form a bond with my readers and viewers that goes beyond the surface level.

With the support of my husband, family, and friends, I decided to take the plunge in 2016 and pursue this industry full time and I haven’t looked back. I truly feel like my audience is a group of close friends and I couldn’t be happier for their loyal support! Because of the women who have stood by me throughout the years, my husband and I have now started a company of our own catering to Moms and babies called Belle & Baby where we bring out high quality, stylish, affordable products that can help mothers across the world in their journey through motherhood.

We use a Canon 6D with a 24-105mm f4 lens for most of the shots and all sit down videos. My family and I make our living from our company alongside creating content online. After blogging and vlogging for a few years, I decided to take the plunge and pursue this industry full time when I knew no one personally who had done it. It was a huge risk! At the time I was very unsure because I wasn’t following alongside everyone I knew who was using their college diploma to fuel their future (I majored in finance). Something kept propelling me further forward and I can honestly say, consistency and drive is what led me to where I am today. Because of this industry and the bursting e-commerce landscape, my family is able to fully sustain our living while making money online. I never thought this was possible, but it totally is!!
