Summer is just around the corner so I thought I would do a post listing all of my favorite spring to summer transitional pieces that are high quality, but aren’t going to break the bank! If you’re from California like me, then you’ll probably already have quite a few variations of these pieces in your closet that you wear all year round, but I’m especially excited about a few of these pieces that have been on my wish list for a while now like this “X” ring, these studded neutral sandals that I feel like will go will everything (hello Valentino look a-likes!), and this sweet tea dress.

Lately I feel like I’m in a shoe rut…if that’s even a thing. I’ve been re-wearing my sandals for years and haven’t updated my heel collection in forever! It wasn’t until I started going to more wedding related events that I realized it’s time to invest in some higher quality shoes. My Mom always told me never to skimp on shoes and I refused to listen until now! I’ve always invested in handbags over shoes, but shoes can make or break an outfit and for years I would leave them last on my list and I would end up with either blisters or shoes that fell apart within a few wears (hello college budget!) and I knew it was time for a change! I just ordered these leather lace up sandals, these neutral ones (can you tell I love nude shoes!?), and these black strappy sandals.
